- How can I find accurate prices on Real Estate? The web sites are misleading?

I am looking for a house and when I go to Yahoos Madison homes for sale page the prices they list are apparently to generate interest in a property. How can I get an accurate price as to what I will pay for a house? For example , I am seeing condos in Las Vegas for under $50,000.00. Impossible right?
